Cabinet installation crews for imported joinery, builders and cabinet makers.
Experienced 1-10 person crews for imported kitchens and joinery, builder-supplied cabinetry and overflow work for cabinet makers. Every crew is site-ready and backed by our Tullamarine factory for adjustments, re-cuts and replacement pieces.
- Imported kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and commercial joinery installed with the same care and attention we apply to our own cabinetry.
- Site ready: white cards, SWMS, insurance and builder paperwork handled.
- Re-cuts, re-edging, filler panels and replacement pieces come out of our own Tullamarine workshop.

Response on crew requests
Two ways people use our crews
Imported or locally manufactured, every job receives the same standard of installation, factory support and attention to set-out, scribing, finishing and final checks.
Imported cabinetry and imported joinery installation
Kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, laundries and commercial joinery off a container. We install what arrives to the highest standard the supplied product and site conditions allow. We identify issues early and can provide local factory modifications where approved.
Installation capacity for cabinet makers and joinery shops
When your shop is running over capacity, an installer calls in sick, or a job lands in a part of the state you don't cover. Experienced cabinet makers fit your product to your standard.
Fixed-price installation quotes
Send us your plans or shop drawings and we will provide a fixed-price quote based on the documented scope. If any information is incomplete, we will clearly identify the assumptions, exclusions or provisional allowances before work begins.
Quoted from your documents
Send plans, shop drawings or a cabinet schedule and we price the documented scope.
One number, before work starts
You know the installation cost up front rather than watching a day rate run.
Assumptions stated plainly
Where information is incomplete we write down what we have assumed, excluded or allowed for.
Factory support available
Adjustments, re-cuts and replacement pieces come out of our own Tullamarine workshop.
Who's behind CabCrew
Dale Darmanin , Founder
"I'd spent years making cabinetry and watching it get let down once it left the factory. Builders and cabinet makers deserve install crews who treat it like their own work."
We've been in the cabinet game for years, on the tools, in the factory, and on site. We know what holds a job up: crews that don't turn up, installs that don't meet the standard your shop put out, and cabinetry that needs a few extras or modifications before it can go in.
We work with custom built kitchens as well as overseas imported kitchens. We have the experience to install them properly and, when needed, make modifications or fix issues either on site or in our factory.
We're based in Tullamarine, Melbourne. Every installer is vetted, trained, and backed by our ops team. If something goes wrong on site, you call us and we sort it. That's the deal.
Who we work with
"We've used CabCrew when our own installers have been tied up. They communicate well, turn up when they say they will and the installation quality has been consistent. If something needs adjusting, they deal with it and keep the job moving."
Daniel T.
Production Manager, Metro Kitchens
"CabCrew installed a full imported joinery package for us. They worked through the drawings, flagged a few issues before starting and left the job clean and ready for the next trades. The photo pack at the end was useful as well."
Steve P.
Project Manager, Precision Builders
"We needed extra installers at short notice for a larger job. CabCrew added people to the site, worked in with our team and helped us stay on programme. The whole process was straightforward from booking through to completion."

Director, RK Joinery

Questions we get asked a lot
If yours isn't here, get in touch.
We prefer to quote installation at a fixed price from plans or shop drawings. This gives you cost certainty before work begins. Where information is incomplete, we clearly identify any assumptions, exclusions or provisional allowances in the quote.
Yes. For repeat work, we can provide fixed pricing per unit or lot based on the approved drawings, agreed assumptions and a consistent scope across the development.
We cover jobs all over Victoria.
Yes. We can collect from your workshop or unload deliveries on site. Just let us know and we'll build it into the quote.
Yes, all the time. Kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and commercial joinery imported from China, flat-pack suppliers, builder-direct and developer bulk orders. We handle the adjustments Australian builds need so the rest of the trades can keep moving.
Panels needing re-sizing, missing filler pieces, appliance spacing, walls out of square, and panels damaged in shipping, with factory backup when a piece needs remaking.
Absolutely. We install custom-built kitchens, wardrobes and joinery as well as imported product, residential and commercial.
Yes: offices, medical, hospitality and retail, alongside residential kitchens and wardrobes. Just tell us the job type when you book.
Yes. We run our own factory, so as well as installing we can manufacture, customise cabinets, or make modified and replacement pieces when a job needs it. We also regularly take on medium and high-end custom cabinetry projects for residential and commercial clients.
Our crew can adjust, re-scribe or re-cut on site where possible. For anything needing factory-grade edging or a full remake, we use our own factory for priority turnaround.
If something doesn't fit on site, whether that's fillers, panels, kickboards or shelving, we adjust or re-cut on the spot where we can. Parts that need factory edging or remaking go through our factory fast so the job keeps moving.
Yes, every job comes with a QA checklist and a photo pack, so you and your client can see exactly how it was left.
Call us and we'll sort it. We come back and rectify it ourselves, so you're not chasing a subcontractor who has moved on to the next job.
Yes, every crew is covered by public liability insurance and workers compensation.
Yes. White cards and SWMS as standard, and we're happy to complete your builder onboarding and compliance packs.
Founder Dale ran a custom cabinet-making factory for 10+ years before starting CabCrew. Every installer is vetted with years on the tools.
