Whether you're a builder installing imported kitchens or a cabinet maker needing install overflow, we keep the job moving.
We regularly install kitchens imported from China, flat-pack suppliers, builder direct orders, and developer bulk purchases — and handle the adjustments required on Australian builds so the rest of the trades can keep moving.
Extra install capacity for cabinet makers — cover overflow work, program spikes, sick leave, and larger site packages without gambling on random subcontractors. Your shop builds it, our crew installs it to standard.
"We were using random subbies for installs and the quality was all over the place. Since switching to CabCrew we haven't had a single callback. They just get it done properly."
Daniel T.
Production Manager — Metro Kitchens
"Honestly the best part is I just don't have to think about it anymore. I send through the job, they turn up, it gets done. The photo pack at the end is a bonus — my clients love it."
Steve P.
Project Manager — Precision Builders
"Had a crew member call in sick on a Monday morning — called CabCrew and they had a replacement on site by 10am. That's never happened with any other subbie."
Rami K.
Director — RK Joinery
No lock-in contracts. No hidden fees. No awkward invoices.
Pay per installer on site with a half-day minimum. Ideal for overflow, adjustments, and short installs where scope can shift.
Priced per cabinet for straightforward installs. Predictable costs when you know the cabinet count up front.
Send us your plans and we'll quote a fixed install price for the whole job — full cost certainty, no surprises.
Dale Darmanin — Founder
"I got sick of watching great cabinetry get butchered by unreliable installers. We started CabCrew because builders and cabinet makers deserve install crews who actually care."
We've been in the cabinet game for years — on the tools, in the factory, and on site dealing with the same headaches you deal with every week. Subbies who don't show up. Installs that don't meet the standard your shop put out. Jobs that need a few extras or modifications before they can move forward.
We work with custom built kitchens as well as overseas imported kitchens. We have the experience to install them properly and, when needed, make modifications or fix issues either on site or in our factory.
We're based in Tullamarine, Melbourne. Every installer is vetted, trained, and backed by our ops team. If something goes wrong on site, you call us and we sort it — that's the deal.
If yours isn't here, just give us a ring.
Three ways, whichever suits the job: an hourly rate per installer on site (half-day minimum), a per-cabinet rate for straightforward installs, or a fixed price if you send through plans.
Yes. Send through plans or shop drawings and we'll come back with a fixed install price — full cost certainty before we start. For multi-unit jobs we can quote per kitchen or per lot.
We cover jobs all over Victoria.
Yes. We can collect from your workshop or unload deliveries on site — just let us know and we'll build it into the quote.
Yes — all the time. We install kitchens imported from China, flat-pack suppliers, builder-direct and developer bulk orders, and handle the adjustments Australian builds need so the rest of the trades can keep moving.
Panels needing re-sizing, missing filler pieces, appliance spacing, walls out of square, and panels damaged in shipping — with Cut & Edge factory backup when a piece needs remaking.
Absolutely. We install custom-built kitchens, wardrobes and joinery as well as imported product — residential and commercial.
Yes — offices, medical, hospitality and retail, alongside residential kitchens and wardrobes. Just tell us the job type when you book.
Yes. We run our own factory, so as well as installing we can manufacture, customise cabinets, or make modified and replacement pieces when a job needs it. We also regularly take on medium and high-end custom cabinetry projects for residential and commercial clients.
Our crew can adjust, re-scribe or re-cut on site where possible. For anything needing factory-grade edging or a full remake, we use our own factory for priority turnaround.
If something doesn't fit on site — fillers, panels, kickboards, shelving — we adjust or re-cut on the spot where we can. Parts that need factory edging or remaking go through our factory fast so the job keeps moving.
Yes — every job comes with a QA checklist and a photo pack, so you and your client can see exactly how it was left.
Call us and we'll sort it. We come back and rectify rather than leaving you to chase a random subbie.
Yes — every crew is covered by public liability insurance and workers compensation.
Yes. White cards and SWMS as standard, and we're happy to complete your builder onboarding and compliance packs.
